Looking for work shouldn't feel like a second job. But it does. You open the same handful of sites every morning, scroll past hundreds of roles that aren't for you, and by the time something good appears you're too worn down to write the application it deserves.

We built Jobctl because finding job ads was never the hard part — there are millions of them. The hard part is knowing which few are genuinely worth your time, and then giving those few your best shot.

So Jobctl does the reading for you. Upload your CV once, and it searches across multiple job boards in the countries you choose, then works out how well each role actually fits. And where we can, jobctl finds the person behind the posting — a recruiter's email or LinkedIn profile — so you can follow up directly instead of dropping your application into a portal and hoping. We only ever show a contact we've genuinely found: no guessed addresses, no invented names. If there's nobody to find, we say so.

This is where AI plays a part. It doesn't just scan for keywords — it understands what you've really done, even when you've described it in your own words rather than the ones the job ad happens to use. And it notices when a role only looks like a match: the skills line up, but it isn't your profession at all. And it isn't built for one kind of career — software and engineering, finance, healthcare, sales and marketing, product and project management, and more besides.

Then, when you find a role worth chasing, jobctl writes a resume for that specific job: your own experience, reordered and rephrased to speak to what they're asking for, and checked so it can never claim a skill, an employer or a date you don't have. It's your CV at its best.
